Our Investment Approach

Investment Philosophy
We invest exclusively in essential B2B service companies—businesses that are hard to turn off. Our portfolio spans waste management, infrastructure services, health, and non-bank financials.

Investment COMMITE
The investment committee has deep global experience in private equity. Collectively over 100 years of experience in banking, private equity and capital management is applied to making attractive investments for our investors. The committee is unanimous in its decision making as we believe a consensus approach delivers the best returns.
Fund Advisory Board
The fund advisory board helps set the direction of the fund and ensures that we adhere to ESG principles in all our investing as well as strong governance and compliance frameworks. Our fund advisory Board is highly experienced in upholding governance and risk management frameworks.
Investment Team
The investment team has deep private equity and transactional experience in Australia, the US and Europe. The team enjoys rolling up their sleeves to help develop and implement investee company value creation plans. They work supportively and collaboratively with founders to put systems in place to enable sustainable growth.
